Zhongshan Xinxin Exhibition Products Co., Ltd. 2026 Team Building Activity
Unite Hearts, Forge Ahead Together — Zhongshan Xinxin Display Products Co., Ltd. Successfully Concludes 2026 Spring Team-Building Event
To further enhance team cohesion, break down inter-departmental communication barriers, and stimulate employees' innovative thinking and collaborative potential in the workplace, Zhongshan Xinxin Display Products Co., Ltd. organized a spring team-building activity themed "Unite Hearts, Forge Ahead Together" on May 12, 2026, where all staff members visited the Forest Park.
At 9:00 AM, all participants gathered and checked in at the company headquarters, then boarded a bus together to the event venue. Upon arrival, professional team-building instructors quickly energized the atmosphere with engaging icebreaker games such as "Name Chain" and "60 Seconds," helping colleagues from different departments eliminate unfamiliarity through relaxed interactions. Subsequently, everyone was randomly divided into six teams, each electing a captain and designing a unique team name and slogan, fostering a sense of belonging and collective pride within the groups.
The core challenge involved a collaborative task titled "Creative Display Stand Assembly," tailored to the company's core business characteristics. Each team was required to design and construct a mini display shelf model with both stability and aesthetic appeal within 90 minutes using a limited quantity of basic materials such as cardboard, wooden strips, and connectors. During the task, colleagues from the R&D department proactively provided structural mechanics advice, production frontline employees skillfully utilized assembly techniques with workholding fixtures, and members from the marketing and sales teams offered exterior optimization suggestions from a customer perspective. All teams demonstrated an efficient cross-functional collaboration model during their division of labor. Ultimately, all six groups successfully passed the load-bearing test, with the third group's "Modular Folding Display Stand" winning the "Best Creativity Award" for its ingenious spatial utilization.
In the afternoon, the team moved to the seaside lawn to play the "Paperboard Transport Ping Pong" game, where the group that transported the most paper boxes won. Initially, the teams struggled due to uneven coordination, causing the balls to frequently drop. However, through repeated attempts, they gradually developed a collaborative technique of "one person giving commands while the rest worked together in unison." In the end, they improved their single-bounce record from 3 to 28 times. This process deeply impressed the participants: just as each step in the production of display props is tightly connected, achieving team goals requires precise cooperation and proactive support from every member.
At the closing of the event, Mr. Zhang, the company's general manager, delivered a concluding speech. He highlighted the collaborative scenarios in the day's tasks, stating, "The proactive communication, rapid trial and error, and resource-sharing traits we demonstrated in the game are precisely the craftsmanship spirit that Xin Xin adheres to when serving global clients. We hope everyone will carry this synergy back to their workstations and continue practicing the team concept of 'collaborative problem-solving' in optimizing the structure of display light boxes and upgrading the craftsmanship of advertising products." Subsequently, the company awarded custom certificates and prizes to outstanding teams and took group photos to commemorate this memorable moment.
This team-building activity, featuring immersive collaborative tasks, not only alleviated employees' work stress during high-intensity projects but also fostered deep trust among cross-departmental colleagues in a non-work setting. After the event, the HR department will collect feedback through anonymous surveys and incorporate the "Three Principles of Efficient Communication" derived from the activity into the new employee onboarding training system, translating team-building outcomes into daily work efficiency.
